    We have expanded upon that by starting the new Consulting service, which allows private parties to request specialized applications and have them churned out by us in a short period of time for a small fee, all the while staying in constant contact with the customer by email. This allows us to clarify product specifications quickly and communicate with you - no matter what time zone you live in! Here's a sample of how the product development cycle usually goes. Obviously, the following is totally subject to change based on your needs:

  1. Customer contacts LudusTech with a general description of the desired application

  2. LudusTech accepts the project and produces a quote and estimated time to complete the app. In addition, we list specific points for clarification

  3. The customer responds with a more detailed description of the application

  4. Development starts: LudusTech maintains contact with customer at all time for confirming details and step-by-step updates

  5. As soon as preliminary coding is completed, LudusTech notifies the customer that the application is now going into beta testing and should be finished shortly.

  6. After final testing, the customer receives the application from LudusTech via email. In addition, the customer can opt to have the app downloadable from the LudusTech website.

  7. Included in the above email is Invoice Information. LudusTech accepts all major credit cards (through PayPal).

  8. After the payment is received and the customer confirms that they have received the app, Customer Support begins, and customers may report any problems they are experiencing with the application to Customer Support for immediate assistance.
