SharkMsg v1.45
from Ludus Technologies... And did we mention it's free?
"A feature that Palm had been unable to implement with Palm OS enables users to decline a call with a friendly SMS, signaling “In a meeting” or “Talking with the boss” instead of simply ignoring the call."
-Microsoft Senior VP Pieter Knook
NOTE: NEW BUG FIX VERSION 1.45 is out!

Bulletin: SharkMsg @ CES!
PalmSource will be demo'ing SharkMsg at the Palm, Inc booth at CES (Consumer Electronics Show, Jan 4-9 in Las Vegas). I won't be able to attend, but if you're there please snap a pic or two and send 'em in.
SharkMsg is an application that replicates and expands upon the SMS ignore
feature that will be found in the new Windows Mobile 5 Treo in January ("Treo
700w"). In a press conference following the announcement of the new device by
Bill Gates, Palm CEO Ed Colligan and Verizon CEO Denny Strigl, Microsoft VP
Pieter Knook said that the ignore SMS was "A feature that Palm had been unable
to implement with Palm OS." SharkMsg is written using only the Palm SDK and
hopefully shows that this feature is in fact very possible on the Palm operating
system.
All the best! Cheers for now, Tyler
